With 56% of people saying they were stressed in 2020, it is no wonder that the health and wellness market did everything in its power to help these people in need. From meditation products to nutrition to dieting, people’s stress levels may have still been high, but help was on the way. With the mental health market accounting for $121 billion, a lot is being done to help people in need.

Food Loss – 95%

Specifically, in places like Sub-Saharan Africa, there was a lot of food loss. Food waste is a $940 billion business opportunity that individuals have not figured out as of yet. From farming to thrown away produce, there is a lot of change that could happen in the world to save the environment.

Food Supplements – 83%

People who purchased dietary supplements were 83% positive with their purchase. With COVID-19 spanning the globe, many people wanted to better their immune system. It is still up in the air if food supplements have helped people and their immune system. But, people would rather be safe than sorry. Expect the food supplement industry to continue in a positive direction.
