Best time to exercise

Morning exercises and evening workouts each have benefits of their own. In fact, you can choose to do both if possible. Choose something that works for you depending on your weekly schedule and needs. Morning exercise requires more oxygen compared to the evening. Morning exercise sets you in the mood for the day’s work, while evening exercise rid you of all the day’s stresses. You see; each exercising regime has its advantages.

Does late exercise cause insomnia?

Well, there is no straight answer for this. We have different bodies, therefore, what works you may not be teh ideal routine for someone else. As already said, working out after a day’s works release the body from stress and prepare it for the next morning. The time may matter here. The results of exercising around 6 pm and doing that an hour before sleep may differ. However, individual differences apply here.

If you really want to exercise but the only time you can do so is in the evening, then try it. There is no harm in trying. You can do several trials and errors to find out what works for you. You, however, need to be observant. Study how the different late-day exercising hours you try out affect your sleep. Check out how good or bad sleep you have after each trial? With consistency, you can choose the hours that work for you.
